All students requesting for inter-program transfers are requested to ensure that they meet subject clusters and respective cutoff points before paying for the service
Kindly note that you will only be allowed to transfer if you meet the following conditions:
- If you meet or exceed the subject cluster points and mandatory subjects requirements for the desired programme.
- If there is capacity in the programme you applying for
- In case of limited capacity in the programme of choice, the order of merit shall be strictly followed. .ie student perfomance ranking will be followed
- Inter-programme has an application fee of KES 1,000
Having read above instruction and ready to start the process?
Follow Below Steps
- Step 1: Start the process by Entering your Registration Number below.
- Step 2: Select your proposed programmes and then click confirm button.
- Step 3: After which if satisfied with your choices, click save to record your prefered progammes.
- Step 4: Go to the Menu, Click Print Interprogram Form, Enter Your Reg No to fetch Records, then afterward click print form..
